Analyse requirements/user stories, contribute to test strategy/planning, maintain test documentation, and report outcomes
Must-have skills
Proven Software Testing/QA experience with autonomy
Experience testing complex systems; hands-on testing across multiple layers
Ability to design/maintain comprehensive test documentation
Agile experience and exploratory testing
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with test management tools
Nice-to-haves
Experience in high-security/digital solutions environments
Capability to contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards and methodologies
Experience with audit/compliance artefacts and post-deployment validation
