Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 9 years of experience in Automation Testing using Selenium and Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management with expertise in T24 Core and Manual Testing. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our wealth management solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for wealth management applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Utilize Selenium and Java to automate test scripts enhancing testing efficiency and coverage. Perform manual testing for complex scenarios that require human judgment and attention to detail. Use Jira for tracking and managing defects ensuring timely resolution and communication with development teams. Conduct thorough regression testing to validate software functionality and stability after updates or enhancements. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting any risks or issues identified. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring a seamless user experience. Maintain and update test documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness for future reference. Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to continuously improve testing processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing framework and practices within the team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in asset and wealth management testing. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in automation testing using Selenium and Java with a proven track record of successful projects. Demonstrate proficiency in manual testing techniques with the ability to identify and document defects effectively. Have experience with Jira for defect tracking and project management ensuring efficient workflow and communication. Exhibit a deep understanding of asset and wealth management domains with practical experience in T24 Core. Show excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Display strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to stakeholders.
