You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automated testing. - Continuously assess and improve testing strategies to align with industry best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing, Salesforce Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with performance testing tools. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience in scripting languages for test automation.
