Position Summary Join our Agile team to ensure high-quality delivery of healthcare software products. You’ll design and execute manual and automated tests, contribute to performance testing, and collaborate across teams to drive quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and run manual and automated test cases using RubyMine and RSpec.
• Leverage AI to automate repeatable tasks, improve productivity in QA functions.
• Conduct defect analysis and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with domain experts to validate technical accuracy.
• Support performance testing (JMeter) and test planning (Azure DevOps).
• Report test results and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in software QA; 2+ years in Ruby Mine test automation.
• Hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering, AI agent development.
• Experience with manual, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with RDBMS, Jenkins, REST API testing, and communication protocols.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
• Bachelor’s in Software Engineering or related field.

Preferred

• Background in healthcare or scientific software.
• Knowledge of lab workflows and regulatory standards (US, UK, EU).
• Experience with cloud-based testing and performance tools.
