Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Rockwell Automation platforms. This role focuses on the design, development, and support of industrial automation systems, with a strong emphasis on Allen‑Bradley PLCs and FactoryTalk View SE/ME. The position is hybrid, combining on-site work at the Hopedale, MA facility with remote flexibility, and supports automation initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions using Rockwell Automation technologies Program, configure, and troubleshoot Allen‑Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and related platforms) Develop, maintain, and support HMI/SCADA applications using FactoryTalk View SE and ME Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to deliver automation projects Perform system testing, validation, commissioning, and start-up support Provide technical troubleshooting and ongoing support for automation systems Create and maintain documentation, including electrical schematics, control logic, and system configurations Ensure all systems comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards
