Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the inspection staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of in-process and final inspections. Oversee the work of Designated Supplier Quality Representatives to ensure compliance with quality standards. Serve as the primary trainer for all inspectors, providing instruction on inspection techniques, drawing interpretation, and quality standards. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the inspection team. Ensure all inspection activities comply with ISO9001/AS9100 requirements.
