We are partnering with a global digital asset and fintech infrastructure company operating in a highly regulated environment to hire an AI Automation Engineer as part of a newly formed, elite Automation Squad reporting directly to the CTO.

This team is responsible for building secure, AI-driven internal systems that transform operational efficiency across Finance, HR, Compliance, and Core Operations.

What You’ll Build 1️⃣ Autonomous AI Agents LLM-driven agents executing end-to-end workflows Internal chat interfaces for business users Context management, retrieval, and workflow memory Deterministic, multi-step agent behavior 2️⃣ Automation Pipelines Advanced workflow automation in n8n / Make.com Custom nodes built in Python / TypeScript Multi-system orchestration across SaaS tools Pipelines for approvals, reporting, reconciliation, onboarding/offboarding 3️⃣ AI Orchestration & Tooling High-quality prompt engineering Tool-calling & multi-agent orchestration Optional fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA) Designing reliable, fault-tolerant agent systems 4️⃣ Back-Office Automation

You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance to automate

• Onboarding & offboarding workflows
• Payroll & compensation processes
• Procurement & approvals routing
• Data reconciliation
• Compliance operations
• Internal documentation & information flows

Requirements Must-Have 2–4 years in high-growth startups Strong coding in Python & TypeScript

Experience with automation tools: n8n / Make.com / Workato / Airflow Ability to build custom connectors & microservices Strong prompt engineering skills Ability to break down operational workflows into automations High ownership, autonomy, and speed Nice-to-Have Vertex AI LangChain / LlamaIndex / DSPy Model fine-tuning experience HR / Finance automation exposure Internal bots or agent systems
