In this role you'll
Own quality on site. Not just the paperwork the culture.
You'll drive the systems that make Right First Time a reality. From developing and managing the ITP register to leading the NCR process, you'll make sure compliance isn't reactive it's proactive.
You'll
Shape and manage ITPs and oversee the ITR process with precision. Lead the NCR process identifying issues early, coaching teams and ensuring robust close-out. Take control of materials testing in line with App 1/5, ensuring compliance and programme alignment. Maintain the temporary works register and support the TWC. Oversee handover documentation from day one no last-minute scrambles. Use digital quality systems to spot trends, drive improvements and strengthen performance. Champion a Zero Defects mindset across site.
You'll be a key part of the site team visible, accountable and influential.
You'll work with
Engineers, Project Managers, Temporary Works Coordinators, Document Controllers and supply chain partners.
You'll also engage confidently with clients and designers, resolving issues collaboratively and building trust through transparency and professionalism.
You'll be the link between design, engineering and delivery ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

You'll bring
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer within civil engineering or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of QA systems, ITPs, ITRs and NCR management. Experience overseeing materials testing and temporary works processes. A sharp eye for detail and the ability to see the bigger operational picture. Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
