Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Trainee (Fresher)
Stack/tools: Issue-tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla); basic software development and QA concepts; documentation and reporting tools; training on project management and quality processes
Log, track, and manage issues from in-house and client projects; verify and document issues
Follow issue lifecycle timelines and coordinate with internal teams to support project management
Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress; conduct audits and prepare audit reports; maintain documentation
Strong verbal and written communication
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of software development and QA concepts
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and solid documentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

What is the work?
Log, track, and manage people-related, in-house, and client project issues using issue-tracking software Understand, analyze, and verify reported issues to ensure accurate documentation Follow and ensure closure of issues within the defined issue lifecycle and timelines Coordinate with internal teams to support project management activities Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress Conduct project and process audits to ensure compliance with defined standards Prepare audit reports and suggest process improvements Provide software usage and process-related training to employees Maintain proper documentation for issues, audits, and trainings Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Good communication skills (verbal and written) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of software development and QA concepts Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Willingness to learn project management and quality processes Attention to detail and strong documentation skills Completed bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
