Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy, test plans, and quality metrics across multiple scrum teams.

Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers; collaborate with Engineering Leads, Product Owners, Support, and Clients to ensure scalable, reliable releases and rapid issue resolution.
9+ years in manual and automated testing; proven QA leadership (3–4+ engineers).
