ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an AI Quality & Product Engineer to operate at the intersection of Quality Assurance, Business Analysis and Product Ownership, joining a US-based, VC-backed healthtech startup redefining healthcare through artificial intelligence. This role is responsible for ensuring our partner's platform’s reliability, translating client needs into clear product requirements and driving delivery quality across engineering workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong systems thinking, stakeholder communication, and AI-enabled QA automation capabilities, ensuring that our partner’s AI-first products meet the highest standards of functionality, usability, and scalability. ABOUT THE COMPANY As an AI-first company, our partner provides a unified AI orchestration platform that empowers healthcare organizations to deploy, manage, and scale intelligent agents safely and efficiently. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Client & Product Requirements Engage directly with enterprise healthcare clients to understand operational challenges, workflows, and desired outcomes; Translate client needs into structured product requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery roadmaps; Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment with platform capabilities; Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and execution accuracy; Quality Ownership & AI-Driven Testing Own end-to-end release quality across product features and client deployments; Implement AI-assisted automated testing workflows, leveraging AI tools to generate and maintain automated test cases and validation pipelines; Define testing standards, release readiness processes, and quality KPIs suitable for a fast-scaling AI platform; Validate orchestration workflows, integrations, APIs, and agent-driven processes across environments; Product Execution Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release validation; Identify delivery risks early and coordinate mitigation across product and engineering teams; Continuously improve delivery and QA processes to support rapid iteration without compromising reliability.
