Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Performance Testing Strategy Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices. Engaging with your team, you will foster an environment of innovation and excellence, ensuring that quality remains at the forefront of all project initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate testing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of various performance testing tools and frameworks. - Experience in developing and executing performance test plans. - Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with load testing, stress testing, and scalability testing methodologies.
