Your Impact As a Test Engineer ICT & Flashing, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our testing equipment and processes. Your performance will directly influence production quality, equipment uptime, and process optimization.
What You’ll Drive & Deliver
Provide expert technical support for ICT, FCT and flashing testing equipment; Optimize and maintain test programs to ensure top performance; Coordinate daily technical activities and drive issue resolution; Implement actions that reduce downtime and improve equipment stability; Create clear and accurate work instructions, aligned with customer and internal requirements; Monitor and analyze production testing indicators to identify improvement opportunities; Detect risks early and implement preventive actions; Act as a technical partner in interdepartmental meetings; Manage and implement technical changes impacting the testing process; Deliver detailed performance and process reports that support decision-making.
What You Bring
Higher education in a technical field (Engineering, Electronics, Automation, etc.) or equivalent training; Hands-on experience with production processes and industrial test equipment (ICT, FCT); Strong skills in electronics, including use of measurement tools (oscilloscope, multimeter); Comfortable working with software applications; programming knowledge is an advantage; Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills; English proficiency; Willingness to travel for business purposes.
