Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Engineer – Verification to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing verification strategies for complex digital designs, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with design, architecture, and software teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain verification plans, methodologies, and environments for complex digital and mixed-signal designs. Collaborate closely with design, architecture, and software teams around the world to define verification requirements and resolve issues. Debug and analyze failures, working closely with design teams to root-cause and resolve issues. Drive adoption of advanced verification techniques such as UVM and assertion-based verification. Define and drive coverage metrics to ensure thorough validation of design functionality and performance. Review and approve verification deliverables, including test plans, test cases, and coverage reports. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices within the team. Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, flows, and technologies to improve verification efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in design reviews and provide expert feedback on testability and verification coverage. Communicate project status, risks, and results to stakeholders and management. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 8-10 years of industry experience in ASIC/FPGA verification or similar role. Strong expertise in verification methodologies using UVM and SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA). Strong understanding of digital design, simulation, and debugging tools.
