Job Description: Role Profile Lead the quality strategy and release process for embedded and industrial systems, acting as a technical reference and leader for the QA Automation team. Job Description Responsible for leading QA and release processes, defining testing strategies, automation approaches, environments, and quality metrics. Work closely with local and global teams to ensure reliable and scalable deliveries. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the activities of other QA team members. Define and lead test plans and release strategies. Interact daily with multiple robotics teams across the organization. Execute and evolve automated API, UI, and integration tests. Work with DevOps to define and operate test and staging environments. Ensure QA processes are executed across multiple release cycles. Drive continuous improvements in quality and automation processes. Communicate quality risks, metrics, and status to stakeholders. Qualifications 8+ years of total QA experience. Proven experience leading QA and release processes across multiple cycles. Strong experience with automation and scripting (Python, Selenium, Playwright, or similar). Experience with API testing, CI/CD, and bug tracking systems. Advanced English proficiency, excellent communication skills Experience with embedded and/or industrial systems.
