As an Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering automation solutions for Evac’s projects and products. Reporting to the Automation and Electrical Engineering Manager in Espoo, Finland, you’ll work in a global environment, collaborating with diverse teams to develop innovative solutions that support our sustainability vision. M. Sc. or B.Sc. in Automation Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automation Engineer delivering process equipment
  • Strong PLC programming skills (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC, Omron; others a plus)
  • Familiarity with PDM systems (Jira, Windchill)
  • Knowledge of marine industry engineering requirements
  • Experience with EPLAN and AutoCAD (others a plus)
  • Understanding of process automation and components (motors, pumps, valves, instruments, blowers, conveyors)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
  • Full proficiency in English
