Role & seniority: Manual Test Analyst (mid-level) with security-cleared status preferred

We’re expanding and seeking a skilled Manual Test Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and exposure to Playwright for test automation. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure the delivery of high‑quality solutions within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing across multiple projects and releases. Develop detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Execute system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Validate functional and non-functional requirements for Dynamics CRM solutions. Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes. Support automation initiatives using Playwright (basic scripting knowledge preferred). Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure all work adheres to security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Baseline Security Clearance (must be active). Proven experience as a Manual Test Analyst. Strong understanding and hands-on testing experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Familiarity with Playwright (test automation knowledge is a plus). Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and defect management. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong documentation and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools. Understanding of API testing and integration testing concepts. Exposure to government or secure environments.
