Key Responsibilities

Analyze software requirements and estimate testing efforts for both manual and automation activities.
Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and automation scripts using Java/Python, Selenium, and Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).
Build, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, and Postman.
Perform API testing and automation using Postman and related tools.
Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Organize and participate in review meetings with QA leads to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements.
Continuously enhance test automation frameworks to improve efficiency, reliability, and coverage.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on expertise in both manual and automation testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience analyzing software requirements.
Proficient in Java programming with strong debugging skills.
Experience in test automation using Selenium, Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript), and TestNG.
Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
