Salary: $103,254 - $114,547 / year
Role & seniority: Advanced Test Engineer (senior-level); requires 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s); U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
Stack/tools: test engineering concepts, system processes, and scripting languages; test plan and procedure development; lab-based integration and testing; hardware, software, and systems testing; agile development context; formal test documentation.
Develop top-tier test plans and test procedures for systems of systems.
Conduct iterative, structured integration and testing in a lab environment; troubleshoot issues and gather data.
Collaborate with functional representatives and customer personnel; document formal test results; support testing events and occasional on-site work.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with Master’s).
Proficiency in test engineering concepts, principles, and scripting languages.
Strong written and oral communication; solid technical writing; collaborative/team-oriented mindset.
Experience working with customers and during formal testing events.
Ability to quickly grasp new information and handle increasing responsibilities.
Willingness to travel to customer sites for integration, fielding, and acceptance testing.
Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
