Project Role: Test Automation Engineer Project Role Description : Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity. Must have skills : Automated Testing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve running the end-to-end quality engineering function, focusing on automation to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in the testing process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the automation strategies align with the overall project goals and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. - Mentor junior team members in best practices for test automation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of various automation tools and frameworks. - Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights.
