Role & seniority: Jr. AI Automation Engineer (entry-level to junior)
Stack/tools: n8n (or similar), Python; LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini); Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Functions); APIs/webhooks; CRM/Leadspedia; MCP; Slack; QA tooling
Design, build, and maintain AI-driven, agentic workflows that automate business processes across Marketing, Lead Operations, Client Services, Finance, and QA
Implement data ingestion, decision-making, and action-taking across tools; apply LLMs for data validation, QA, content analysis, and decision logic
Automate QA processes and integrate workflows with Google Cloud, APIs, and internal/third-party platforms; document, monitor, and ensure reliability and error handling
2+ years building automation or workflow systems
Proficiency with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini)
Strong Python skills (scripting, APIs, JSON, data handling)
Experience in cloud environments (Google Cloud preferred)
Ability to translate business processes into technical workflows; detail-oriented problem solver
Experience with agentic frameworks or multi-step AI workflows

About the role Tort Experts is building an AI-first operating model. We are looking for a Jr. AI Automation Engineer who can design, build, and maintain agentic workflows that automate real business processes across Marketing, Lead Operations, Client Services, Finance, and QA. This role is highly hands-on. You will turn manual workflows into AI-powered systems using tools like n8n, ChatGPT, Gemini, Python, and Google Cloud, with a direct impact on speed, accuracy, and gross profit.
