About the Job As a QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications and products. You will collaborate closely with the QA team and developers to design and execute test plans, identify and report defects, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
About the Role Collaborate with QA engineers and developers to understand requirements and create detailed test plans and cases. Execute manual test cases, document results, and ensure comprehensive functional coverage. Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence. Perform regression testing to validate fixes and prevent defect leakage. Support automated testing initiatives to enhance efficiency and coverage. Maintain test artifacts including test cases, scripts, and test data. Provide regular test status updates and quality reports to stakeholders. Work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Stay updated on QA best practices, tools, and emerging technologies. Qualifications 0–3 years of experience in software testing. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Required Skills Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies. Experience with at least one programming language (Python or Java). Familiarity with databases and common testing tools. Experience with Jira and TestRail is a plus. Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium or QF-TEST is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership for quality. Willingness to learn and grow in QA and test automation.
