As a TOSCA Automation QA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts using TOSCA. You will lead a team of QA engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role requires 10+ years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in TOSCA and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies using TOSCA, aligned with project requirements and business goals. Define the scope, objectives, and priorities of automation testing efforts for P&C insurance software solutions. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure effective test automation practices. Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the QA team. Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and project managers to develop detailed test plans, including test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts. Oversee the execution of automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts using TOSCA, ensuring high-quality and reliable test automation solutions. Ensure that automated tests cover critical functionalities and are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing. Ensure timely documentation, tracking, and management of software defects using defect tracking tools. Develop and maintain comprehensive regression test suites to validate software stability and reliability. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates on data testing progress, findings, and recommendations, and address any concerns or issues that arise. Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Expertise in using TOSCA for test automation, including test case design, execution, and result analysis.
