Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 / year
Role & seniority: Senior Test Development Engineer (leadership in strategy, methodology, and team-building for Celero Communications’ DSP products)
Stack/tools: Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne Uflex tester platforms; mixed-signal ATE; test software; hardware-instrumentation (PCB assemblies, mechanical fixturing, probe hardware); network analyzers; sampling oscilloscopes; schematic capture, PCB layout, 2D/3D CAD
Own test engineering solutions across all product phases: test development, silicon bring-up, qualification, characterization, and release to high-volume manufacturing
Lead the test solution scope: software, tester equipment, PCBs, fixturing, and probe hardware; define test strategy and comprehensive Test Plans
Collaborate with Design Engineering and partners: ensure test coverage/quality, meet test-time targets, correlate ATE results with bench validation, and drive NPI test release and volume ramp
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; 10+ years’ related experience (Master’s preferred)
Expertise in test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne Uflex
Experience in mixed-signal ATE test for complex SOCs with high-speed ADC/DAC/SERDES
Knowledge of Scan, MBist, and loop-back test methodologies
Familiarity with test bench equipment (network analyzers, sampling oscilloscopes)
Hands-on wafer probe experience

In this role, you will be responsible for Test Development Engineering for Celero Communications leading edge DSP products working closely with our design, validation, and systems engineering teams as well as key technology and manufacturing suppliers.
