Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Quality Assurance to lead and scale our QA function within a highly technical, data-intensive environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines deep technical expertise in automation and data validation with a proven ability to mentor teams and drive quality strategy across complex software systems. You will oversee QA engineering initiatives across the full software stack — from databases and APIs to UI and backend services — ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across our platform. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capabilities, advanced automation experience, and a passion for building high-performing teams and sustainable testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities Lead, grow, and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement. Define and execute the organization’s QA strategy, standards, and best practices. Design and implement scalable automated testing frameworks across multiple system layers. Oversee validation of large and complex datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability. Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of defects across distributed systems.
