Quality Assurance Auditor
This position is strictly limited to candidates currently residing in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area. While the daily workflow is remote, local residency is required to support the Central Time Zone team and specific client requirements.

About the Team As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you hold a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our recruitment services. Purpose of the Job You will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards of quality in our recruitment operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures. Unlike traditional auditing, this role involves a heavy focus on performance coaching. You will review processes and outputs (recorded calls and system notes) to identify deviations, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous enhancement in our recruitment practices.

Roles and Responsibilities
Audits and Assessments Conduct thorough audits of processes, procedures, and outputs to ensure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Identify deviations, errors, or areas for improvement through meticulous examination and analysis of documentation, data, and operational practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address identified issues and enhance quality assurance practices. Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in clear and concise reports, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders. Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions to verify effectiveness and ensure sustained compliance with quality standards. Provide guidance and support to team members on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of quality management systems to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in quality assurance to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise. Participate in internal and external audits as needed, facilitating the audit process and assisting in the resolution of audit findings. Promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across the organization through training, coaching, and awareness initiatives.
Coaching and Mentoring Skills Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Tailor coaching and mentoring approaches to individual team members' needs and learning styles, promoting their professional development and growth within the organization. Maintain accurate and organized records of audit findings, including detailed documentation of observations, deviations, and corrective actions taken. Experience Required Relevant experience in similar auditing roles, preferably in (RPO/BPO/KPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing). 2+ years experience in quality auditing is required. Stakeholder management on an operational management level. Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into effective auditing strategies. Proficiency in conducting thorough quality audits and assessments. Strong analytical abilities for data analysis and interpretation. Excellent communication skills for report writing and stakeholder interaction. Capability in root cause analysis and development of corrective actions. Understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Knowledge RPO/MSP/BPO/KPO/etc. Capability to lead and inspire others towards a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $62,400-$66,560, this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.

In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
