Job Overview

• In this role you will be a key member of the CASB In-line Team and supporting our in-line CASB and SWG products. You will be responsible for inspecting SaaS/IaaS/GenAI applications and web traffic to identify user activities and extract objects supporting features such as DLP, threat scanning, encryption, and quarantine.

Responsibilities

• ● Understand the use cases and work flows of various enterprise SaaS/IaaS services/solutions.
• ● Involve in requirements gathering from Product Managers and design discussions.
• ● Design test plans & test strategy documents and closely work with the development team to cover all aspects of the features being developed.
• ● Development of automation scripts parallel to feature development to enable CI/CD. (i.e. Day 0 Automation)
• ● Follow the Test process, QE best practices and suggest improvements.
• ● Work closely with the technical support team to handle customer escalations. Analyze the test gaps that resulted in customer issues and improve test plan/strategy.
• ● E2E ownership from feature testing to production deployment to monitoring & alerting.
• ● Work closely with the development team and other stakeholders in various phases of product development to ensure alignment with strategy, planning, risks and mitigations.
• ● Participate in all test scripts/code reviews.
• ● Design and develop monitoring pipelines and algorithms to proactively detect changes in SaaS application network traffic patterns and behavioral anomalies

Required Skills And Experience ● 3–7 years of hands-on automation testing, building scalable UI and REST API frameworks integrated with CI/CD. ● Familiarity with AI-enabled frameworks like Playwright MCP, Functionize, or AutonomIQ, and proficiency in Python or Java. ● Experience in functional and regression testing, improving coverage, efficiency, and reliability for enterprise network and security solutions. ● Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and enterprise applications, enabling the design of meaningful automated test scenarios for complex systems ● Deep understanding of the TCP/HTTP(S) protocol suite and web content analysis. ● Prior experience in testing solutions related to HTTP content. ● Good working knowledge of Linux environments. ● Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and open-source tools is a plus. ● Understanding of security products such as Secure Web Gateways (SWG), web proxies, or other cloud security solutions is highly desirable.

Additional Skills ● Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a strong record of delivering innovative and practical solutions. ● Experience or familiarity with big data analytics is preferred. ● Highly motivated, proactive, and ready to take initiative in addressing customer needs with urgency and diligence. ● Embraces innovation and thinks creatively to generate original ideas and solutions. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
