Role & seniority: Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET); Development family; 4+ years of related experience; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent.
Stack/tools: Java, Python; test automation: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG; CI/CD: CloudBees, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, Jira; API testing: Rest Assured/Karate; database testing: JDBC/JPA (Oracle/DB2/Snowflake); SQL; general software development practices.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests across the delivery lifecycle; ensure traceability from user stories to tests to scripts.
Collaborate with teams to design automated tests that validate functionality while addressing privacy and security; integrate tests with CI/CD.
Maintain design/code standards, support continuous improvement, document systems, and align risk/control processes in daily activities.
Hands-on test automation experience with frameworks/tools listed above.
Strong automated testing, test-driven development, and knowledge of smoke/functional/regression testing.
API and backend automation (Rest Assured/Karate; SQL/JDBC), Java and/or Python programming.
Experience with Agile/Waterfall, onsite/offshore coordination, strong problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Experience with data governance or broader software development practices.
Familiarity with additional CI/CD tools and large-scale enterprise environments.
