Apply knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and workflows to ensure comprehensive test coverage especially with Disputes workflow. Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand banking requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, VB Script or JavaScript. Good Programming experience with Pega. Extensive experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Playwright or UFT. Proficient Experience with tools such as ALM, JIRA, Zephyr, advanced excel features.
