We are seeking a Quality Engineer with a strong grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Software Developers, Quality Engineers, and Project Managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Your Impact Develop comprehensive test strategies from concept to execution. Create, execute, and maintain test cases for automated and manual testing. Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear reports on feature quality. Ensure product lines meet established requirements and industry standards. Debug and refactor automation scripts, optimize test suites, and enhance test stability. Align testing strategies with product goals to maximize efficiency and coverage. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Optimize test processes and ensure alignment with evolving product objectives. What You'll Need BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related engineering fields. 1-4 years of experience in software testing, including automation and performance testing. Proficiency in manual and UI testing, with flexibility to perform both automated and manual tests leveraging modern frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, PyTest or similar). Strong skills in debugging, refactoring, and improving automation frameworks. Experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript for modern frameworks.
