What you`ll do
Summary
We are looking for a DevOps & Quality Engineer who combines strong automation and platform skills with a deep focus on software quality. In this hybrid role, you will build and operate the delivery pipeline while ensuring that quality is engineered into every stage of the software lifecycle.
The Role
In this role, you will support the AI product lifecycle, from delivery, operations and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and engineers to shape AI use cases that create measurable business impact. This role is highly responsible for building test automation strategy measuring the quality of the different Agentic AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, reliable releases Collaborate with developers and product owners to ensure clear, testable requirements and robust acceptance criteria Define and implement test strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance) with a strong focus on automation Build and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into the deployment pipeline High confidence level on the understanding of delivered solutions and related processes: a go to person together with the Product Owner in case of question on expected outcome Provision, configure, and manage infrastructure (e.g., containers, cloud services, configuration-as-code) Implement and maintain observability (logging, metrics, alerting, dashboards) to monitor system health and quality Analyze defects, incidents, and production issues, driving root-cause analysis and continuous improvement Champion DevOps, reliability, and quality best practices within cross-functional product teams
What You Bring
Degree in computer science or a similar field Several years of experience in roles such as DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Quality Engineer, or similar Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar) Solid experience with test automation (UI, API, integration) and common test framework Good programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, or a modern programming language) Hands-on experience with DevOps toolchains MLOps platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, MLFlow, Kubernetes) Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI/ML deployment Understanding of security, reliability, and performance considerations in distributed systems Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, comfortable working in agile, cross-functional team Fluent English and a proactive, problem solving mindset
Nice to have but not a must
Knowledge of agentic AI and generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI) Certifications with cloud and data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks)
