We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Playwright Automation, Java, and JavaScript to ensure the quality and reliability of modern web applications. The candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design and implement robust automation solutions across the testing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Playwright Write and execute automated test scripts using JavaScript / TypeScript Support automation initiatives involving Java-based testing frameworks Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing Analyze automation results and provide detailed test reports Ensure best practices, coding standards, and test coverage are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have
Strong experience in Automation Testing Hands-on experience with Playwright Automation Proficiency in JavaScript Good working knowledge of Java Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Experience in Web Application Testing Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) Experience with version control systems (Git) Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
