Senior Mobile QA Engineer Role Overview Join a high-impact digital transformation program for a leading Australian retailer as a Senior Mobile QA Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of a next-generation agentic commerce platform across iOS and Android mobile applications. This role requires deep expertise in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on mobile app quality, CI/CD integration, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Lead manual and automated testing efforts for mobile applications (iOS and Android), ensuring robust validation of new features and releases. Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks using open-source tools (e.g., Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, Cucumber). Develop and execute test plans and test cases for both UI and API layers, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability. Integrate testing processes with CI/CD pipelines and service management tools (Akamai, Kubernetes, GCP). Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to drive quality throughout the SDLC. Analyse defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
