What we’re looking for

• Ensure seamless integration of software components through robust integration and automated testing, delivering high-quality and reliable software.
• Design and execute integration test plans, leveraging AI-powered tools for test case generation, defect detection, regression testing, and failure prediction.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, analyse, and resolve integration issues, using AI insights and root cause analysis.
• Validate AI components within trading platforms, optimise testing strategies, and continuously improve QA processes while mentoring junior engineers.
• Work with Python automation, Linux environments, and backend/middleware systems (preferably banking or brokerage), producing clear testing reports, metrics, and risk assessments.
