The Team – your impact

As Senior PM/PMO - Test Manager (f/m/d) you will be taking over a key role in E.ON's digital transformation programs with responsibility for planning, steering and monitoring of all test activities to empower us on our way towards a digital-first energy company.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

Manage projects end-to-end, including governance, dependencies, escalations, and budget Define and implement test management strategies and governance for efficient workflows, decision-making, and stakeholder communication Lead and coordinate the testing team, including external partners, using established frameworks and processes Serve as the central point of contact for all testing activities and align with teams and senior stakeholders Ensure quality assurance and audit conformity standards within the program Assess testing risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies Drive test automation through suitable tools and contribute to continuous improvement of E.ON’s testing frameworks and strategies

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

Degree in Business, IT, or a related field Several years of experience in digital technology projects, covering test and project management Strong consulting, communication, and organizational skills Experience in cross-functional teams and managing external partners Advanced knowledge of test management methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Solution Manager, Spira) Experience in designing and implementing test automation solutions Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
