Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for backend services, APIs, and UI workflows. Use or create AI-powered tools to improve the QA lifecycle (e.g., automated test generation, log-anomaly detection, AI-assisted debugging, intelligent regression selection). Participate in planning discussions and contribute QA and automation insights early in the development process. Execute manual and automated regression testing for scheduled release cycles. Ensure test coverage, reliability, and performance across multiple systems and environments. Review product features to identify edge cases, automation opportunities, and risks. Collaborate with engineering teams (local and offshore) to define quality standards and maintain test execution pipelines. Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and support engineering teams in resolving defects efficiently. Requirements 8+ years of QA Engineering experience, including strong hands-on automation. 2–3+ years of experience in backend and API testing workflows.
