Lead Flight Test Engineer Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Organization has a need for a Lead Flight Test Engineer in Berkeley, MO to support Air Dominance flight test programs, including F-15 international (Qatar, Saudi, Korea, Japan, Israel, Singapore) and future programs. The successful candidate will provide leadership through coordination of the Flight Test Work Statement with the various functions and support groups in the BT&E, Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), and customer organizations (including Flight Operations; Flight Test Operations; Instrumentation & Data Systems - Test Software & Telemetry, System Design & Development, System Design, Installation Design, and Operations; Fabrication and Assembly). Tasks include coordination of activities leading to the successful execution of a flight test program, such as coordinating program flight test requirements, coordinating data requirements, supporting the manufacturing and modification of a test vehicle, overseeing the planning of the flight test program, ensuring the preparation of the test team, and interfacing with the customer. This position is primarily for 1st shift; however, various shifts, nights, weekends and alternate shifts may be required to meet program objectives.
