Role & seniority: Software Quality Assurance Process Analyst (mid-level QA/process role) for the TMPC program.

Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Process Analyst in Santa Clara who will work as part of the Theater Mission PlanningCenter (TMPC) program, that is part of the Navy’s Tomahawk Missile program. This role will have the opportunity to work both onsite for three days and offsite for two days (hybrid). Peraton develops several TMPC applications, providing support for tactical and training operations. Functions provided by these applications include mission planning; data distribution; strike planning, rehearsal, and coordination; strike execution, monitoring, and control; strike reporting; and communications configuration and data management/delivery.
Education: 2 years with BS/BA; 4 years no degree 2 years software process QA, software testing, or software development experience
Clearance: An active SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one Familiarity with Agile development methodology and ceremonies Experience working with audit teams for formal assessments Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team Ability to interface with external and internal customers Ability to adhere to deadlines Strong organizational skills and be detail oriented Strong writing and oral communication skills Effective leadership skills Ability to prepare and present reports to all levels of management Basic computer skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
