Set-up, commissioning and testing of machines, automation systems and pneumatic systems; analyze data

Oversee projects, validate requirements, read project proposals and identify key points

Troubleshoot electrical/electronic/pneumatic/software issues; ensure production efficiency and line uptime; manage process data and line restarts; support new/modified machinery
Must-have skills

5+ years in automation systems, automatic lines or production facilities

Strong PLC (Siemens TIA Portal, Omron, Beckhoff) and robotics experience

Proficiency in image processing/vision (Cognex, Keyence); SQL/database knowledge

Analytical mindset, root-cause analysis, structured troubleshooting

Fluent English (written & spoken); willingness to travel domestically and abroad

Qualifications University degree in Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering, Minimum 5 years’ experience in automation systems, automatic lines and production facilities, Good knowledge automation hardware and automation software systems, Good knowledge on PLC (Siemens Tia Portal, Omron and Beckhoff), robotics (KUKA, Fanuc, Denso, Epson), image processing and 3D vision systems (Cognex, Keyence), Experienced about communication protocols, SQL systems and database, Analytical skills, root cause analysis and oriented troubleshooting, Proficiency in both written and spoken English, No limitation to travel abroad and domestic for implementations.
Job Descriptions Taking care of the set-up or commissioning of machines, equipment, automation systems and pneumatic systems, Testing installations and systems and analysing data, Supervise the project and realization project requirements, Reading proposal of project and detecting key points of project, Solving electrical, electronics, pneumatic and software problems of the production lines and taking all necessary actions to be able to minimize the possibility of faults and failures, Controlling equipment’s and processes for the specific technology, ensuring production efficiency in accordance with product / process specifications, Managing the production technical data (Process parameters and software), Following up the problems and doing troubleshooting on production area, supervising interventions due to line stops and the correct restarts of the line, Assisting new implemented machinery and / or modification projects, Working with other disciplines and departments as Production and Quality, Reporting to Engineering Chief immediately on problems that affect production, Preparing training document onsite for customers.
