About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Intermediate Automation Tester to join a collaborative delivery team working on high-quality digital solutions. This role suits someone with strong hands-on automation skills, solid manual testing experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the full SDLC.
You'll play a key role in ensuring quality through robust test automation, effective defect management, and continuous improvement of testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TOSCA Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for digital applications Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to embed quality across the SDLC Execute manual testing where required to ensure comprehensive test coverage Analyse test results, identify defects, and support timely resolution Contribute to improving test frameworks, processes, and overall testing maturity
Key Skills & Experience
6-8 years of experience in software testing (automation and manual) Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and working knowledge of TOSCA Solid understanding of project lifecycle and testing methodologies Experience testing digital applications (web and/or mobile) Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Experience in the Superannuation domain Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Confluence, ALM)
