Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Engineer - ATE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated test solutions for semiconductor devices using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). This position plays a crucial role in ensuring product quality and reliability through comprehensive testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities Design and develop test strategies for semiconductor devices using Advantest 93k and Teradyne Ultraflex systems. Optimize test programs to improve yield and efficiency in production. Perform high-speed I/O testing, including PCIe and Serdes interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement. Maintain and troubleshoot ATE systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance. Document test procedures, results, and improvements in compliance with quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering. Proven experience with Advantest 93k and Teradyne Ultraflex ATE systems. Strong knowledge of high-speed I/O testing techniques and standards, including PCIe and Serdes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
