About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Tricentis TOSCA to strengthen our automation capability. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who combines technical automation expertise with analytical rigor and a strong commitment to delivering stable, high-performing applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, ensuring comprehensive test coverage, early defect detection, and continuous improvement of QA standards.
What You’ll Do You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using the Tricentis TOSCA platform. You will execute regression, release, and smoke testing cycles to ensure product reliability and system stability. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into effective test strategies, identify and document defects, and drive issues through to resolution. When automation is not feasible or during tight sprint timelines, you will confidently perform manual testing to maintain delivery momentum. You will also contribute to enhancing QA frameworks, refining best practices, and strengthening overall test governance across projects.
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a QA professional with proven experience in Tricentis TOSCA and solid exposure to automation testing across various applications or systems. You should have a strong understanding of regression, release, and smoke testing methodologies, along with the flexibility to perform manual testing when needed. Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
Nice to Have Experience in agile or scrum environments is advantageous, as well as familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integration practices is also beneficial.
