Senior QA Automation Engineer - Remote in Ireland Ireland | Remote First in Ireland | Permanent €70,000 - €85,000 DOE

We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a growing organisation. This is a key position for someone with hands-on QA automation experience with a genuine passion for data. You will bring your expertise as a QA Automation engineer, automation testing process across various applications, while having the opportunity to upskill in one of the fastest-growing industries – Data Engineering.

You will be trained and exposed to modern technology, including Python, Databricks, Power BI and much more, while still remaining hands-on as a QA Automation Engineer.

This position will include a range of testing, including designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, performance testing, API testing and testing a range of Data applications.

This team work on highly bespoke applications – each data pipeline presents different challenges. You will be trained on testing these data applications, delivering test automation solutions assist the function.

Required

• 6+ years delivering QA Automation solutions – including implementing a new test automation framework from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of data testing, load testing, and performance validation.
• Experience testing enterprise-scale applications
• Hands-on experience in one of the following – C#, Python, TypeScript or Java.
• Any experience with Data Engineering, BI reporting tools, PySpark would be a distinct advantage
• Candidates must currently be located in Ireland

Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 DOE
