We are hiring a Penetration Testing Coordinator to join our team in central Madrid. You will support a leading Swiss private‑banking organization operating in 25+ countries, currently undergoing a major global digital transformation.

🌍 The Project You’ll join an international, highly regulated private‑banking environment where you will play a key role in coordinating end‑to‑end penetration testing activities to ensure the resilience of critical applications and infrastructure.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors, acting as the central point of contact for scoping, planning, execution tracking and reporting of penetration tests.

💡 What we're looking for We are seeking a structured, detail‑oriented Penetration Testing Coordinator with excellent communication skills, strong organization capabilities and solid foundational knowledge in cybersecurity and testing processes.

✔️ Strong Experience Experience in IT/security coordination or project management (QA, SecOps, software delivery, etc.) Familiarity with penetration testing phases, methodologies and deliverables Foundational knowledge of web application security (OWASP Top 10) Experience with issue‑tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow) Stakeholder management and vendor coordination abilities Professional proficiency in English and Spanish

✔️ Additional Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Structured, proactive and detail‑driven working style Understanding of documentation, scoping and remediation processes

✔️ Certifications (Highly Valued) Security+, CISM, CISSP, CEH, OSCP or equivalent Experience in financial or regulated environments Basic infrastructure‑security knowledge German language skills

📋 Your Responsibilities Coordinate end‑to‑end penetration testing engagements Define scope, objectives, timelines and resources with technical owners Manage communication with internal teams and external testing vendors Prepare systems, accesses and documentation prior to testing Track vulnerabilities and remediation in Jira/ServiceNow Provide periodic updates on testing progress, findings and deadlines Collaborate with senior security experts for scope validation and issue clarification Ensure timelines, deliverables and SLAs are met Maintain detailed documentation and drive continuous improvement Support compliance and internal process requirements Respond to stakeholder inquiries within established SLAs
