We are hiring a Penetration Testing Coordinator to join our team in central Madrid. You will support a leading Swiss private‑banking organization operating in 25+ countries, currently undergoing a major global digital transformation.
🌍 The Project You’ll join an international, highly regulated private‑banking environment where you will play a key role in coordinating end‑to‑end penetration testing activities to ensure the resilience of critical applications and infrastructure.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors, acting as the central point of contact for scoping, planning, execution tracking and reporting of penetration tests.

💡 What we're looking for We are seeking a structured, detail‑oriented Penetration Testing Coordinator with excellent communication skills, strong organization capabilities and solid foundational knowledge in cybersecurity and testing processes.
