Full Description

We’re looking for a QA Manager to lead the QA team at Stockbit. If you understand how trading works on the IDX and how brokerage systems connect to the exchange, you’ll play a key role in keeping our platform reliable, accurate, fast, and ready for real market pressure.

You will build a team of quality advocates, not just bug finders, who take real ownership of product quality and work closely with engineering & product manager to deliver a trading experience Indonesian investors can trust.

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead QA strategy across web, mobile, and back office systems Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual & automation) Own end-to-end test coverage of trading flows specific to the Indonesian market Ensure accurate validation of any and all errors and issues in the whole product ecosystem, to maintain product security, scalability and performance Validate portfolio calculations, buying power, margin (if applicable), fees, and tax logic (including PPh considerations) Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to minimize production risk Establish automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates Monitor production incidents and drive root-cause prevention

Must-Have Qualifications

8+ years in QA in software development company, with at least 4 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of the Indonesian stock market ecosystem Experience testing trading platforms, brokerage back-office systems, or exchange-connected systems Ability to design realistic market scenario test cases (high volatility, trading halt, partial fills, session transitions) Performance/load testing experience for peak trading hours Experience with API testing, database validation, and automation tools Strong analytical, risk-based thinking
