Role & seniority: Test Engineer (AIT/EGSE focus); mid to senior level
Stack/tools: Electrical, mechanical and RF subsystem testing; EGSE; test setups, instruments, test configurations; documentation and procedure writing; basic programming/scripting; English (German a plus)
Prepare, execute and monitor tests for electrical, mechanical, and RF subsystems in an AIT environment
Set up EGSE, test equipment, tools, and configurations; develop/update test procedures and validation steps
Analyze test results, support root-cause investigations, and document activities per standards; collaborate with mechanical, electrical and system engineers
Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field
Practical testing experience (execution, setups, validation) in an AIT/EGSE environment
Ability to work hands-on and digitally (documentation, procedure writing)
Structured, analytical, detail-oriented testing mindset; strong English communication
German language skills
Additional programming/scripting abilities
