Full Description

As an Associate, Quality Assurance at Forterro, you will be responsible for designing, creating and building test cases, test plans and test strategies for software applications including end-user solutions, systems software, mobile applications and database products.

Responsibilities

Lead Testing Strategies: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive testing strategies to ensure ERP software meets functional, performance, and security standards.

Test Case Management: Prepare, manage and execute detailed٫ comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Develop Tools and Frameworks: Build and maintain automated testing tools, scripts, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the QA process.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify requirements and address defects proactively.

Establish and Enforce Standards: Define and uphold quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a high standard of software delivery.

Conducting Diverse Testing Types: Facilitate functional, regression, UI, unit, and mobile environments, throughout all phases of the development lifecycle.

Analyse and Troubleshoot Issues: Investigate and resolve complex software issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimise testing methodologies and workflows.

Skills, Knowledge & Expert

Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work autonomously and within a team. Quality focused / excellent attention to detail Organised with good prioritisation skills Good spoken and written English language
