Role & seniority: Quality Engineer, Mid-level (3–5 years in software quality)
Stack/tools: Automation: Selenium, JUnit, TestComplete; CI/CD familiarity; optional: Docker, Linux, Azure; degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
Design and implement automated system, regression, and end-to-end tests
Promote a quality-first mindset and support teammates with test concepts
Expand/innovate test infrastructure; analyze and report results to drive improvement
3–5 years in software quality; hands-on testing lifecycle in an Agile/SCRUM setting
Strong automation experience; familiarity with CI/CD
Analytical thinking; proactive team player with stakeholder communication
ISTQB certification; experience with non-functional testing (performance/load)
Knowledge of Docker, Linux, or Azure

We are looking for a motivated professional with a "can-do" attitude who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Experience: You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software quality (this role is specifically designed for a Mid-level specialist).
Tech Stack: Solid experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestComplete) and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
Foundations: A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, with a strong grasp of analytical thinking.
Bonus Points: Knowledge of Docker, Linux, or Azure cloud technologies. If you have an ISTQB certification or experience in NFR (performance/load) testing, that’s a huge plus!
Soft Skills: You are a proactive team player who enjoys solving problems and is comfortable communicating with stakeholders in an agile setting.
