Reporting to the QA Manager, you’ll collaborate with experienced QA professionals, developers, and support teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our platform. This entry-level role is designed to build your foundation in software testing, defect tracking, and process improvement—preparing you for long-term growth in quality assurance or software development. Key Responsibilities Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to validate business requirements and software functionality. Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools; work closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues. Analyze system specifications and user stories to determine testing scope and strategy. Validate accounting and project management reports for accuracy and compliance with business logic. Assist in expanding and maintaining automated test suites under the guidance of senior QA engineers. Collaborate with support and development teams to triage and prioritize incoming support cases. Document test results, defects, and testing phases in issue tracking systems. Participate in agile ceremonies, team meetings, and product demos to gain full lifecycle exposure.
