Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Engineer, 5+ years’ experience; Sydney-based; hybrid work model.
Stack/tools: Enterprise testing across integrated systems; Jira for defect tracking; Agile environment; automated testing with Cypress (beneficial); strengthening automation frameworks.
Develop detailed test strategies and plans aligned to business/technical/regulatory needs.
Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases; perform functional, integration, system, regression, UAT support, end-to-end and exploratory testing.
Coordinate testing across third-party interfaces; track defects in Jira; contribute to release readiness and production validation; evolve QA practices and automation.
5+ years as a QA Engineer in complex software environments; Bachelor’s in CS or related field.
Proven Agile delivery; experience testing integrated enterprise systems and third-party apps.
Jira experience; strong testing discipline; financial services exposure desirable.
Cypress experience; background in registry, capital markets, trading, funds, or other regulated domains.
Advanced automation framework experience; security/resilience improvements.

We are growing and are looking for experienced Quality Assurance Engineers to join our team in Sydney!
About the Role The QA’s are responsible for ensuring the reliability, integrity, performance, and security of our platform through structured, disciplined, and comprehensive testing practices across integrated, enterprise-grade systems. You will have deep practical experience in designing, planning, and executing multiple types of testing, as well as a strong understanding of testing principles and quality engineering practices.
Performing and coordinating: Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User acceptance support, End-to-end & Exploratory testing Executing integration testing across third-party systems and complex external interfaces. Identifying, documenting, prioritising, and tracking defects using Jira in an Agile environment. Contributing to release readiness assessments and production validation where required. Implementing and evolving Agile QA practices aligned to the maturity of the organisation. Contributing to expanding automated test coverage and strengthening automation frameworks. Continuously improving QA standards, tooling, and practices to increase productivity, resilience, and security.
